These Focusable Laser Diode Modules are available with output powers ranging from 0.9 - 10mW. Combining drive electronics and beam collimating optics, these low cost laser diode modules are ideal for OEM integration into a variety of applications. Interchangeable projection heads can be used to create a line or cross hair pattern. Mounting accessories and power supply (sold separately) also available.

These Focusable Laser Diode Modules are available in 635nm, 780nm or 830nm wavelengths. Each version is also offered in circular or elliptical beam outputs, and with a stabilized output power in either continuous wave (CW) or modulation models. Each laser diode module is easily plugged into the optional 5V DC power supply (sold separately) via a standard DC jack. The modulation models include two additional wire leads for TTL signal. It is also possible to operate the modulation models in CW mode by simple applying a 5V DC signal to the TTL input. Each Focusable Laser Diode Module features an external focusing mechanism, in addition to integration with a variety of interchangeable projection heads. Projection heads are secured via two screws at the front face of the laser diode module.
