Testing Engineer

Job Description

• Optical Performance Testing: Lead the testing of core indicators of industrial lenses such as MTF, optical decentration and distortion, and evaluate imaging quality.
• Automated Test Development: Design automated test systems integrated with mechanical motion platforms, cameras and light sources to improve testing efficiency and consistency.
• Data-driven Improvement: Analyze test data, generate visualized reports using statistical methods to support R&D and process optimization.
• Test Method Innovation: Study industry standards and develop new test procedures to address challenges posed by new products/applications.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Cooperate with the R&D department in design verification and work with the production department to optimize online testing solutions.

Qualification Required

• Bachelor's degree or above in Optical Engineering, Measurement & Control Technology and Instruments, Mechanical Design, Precision Instruments or related majors.
• Work Experience: 3–5 years of testing experience; ability to design test fixtures and integrate motion platforms; knowledge of optical concepts (key concepts such as aberration and resolution); experience in using equipment including interferometers, collimators and MTF testers.

Skills and Abilities Requried

• Experience in image processing/data analysis (C++/LabVIEW/Python/MATLAB) is preferred.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to use SolidWorks/AutoCAD; capable of writing rigorous test reports.
• Additional Note: Junior engineers may be recruited for training, with key focus on learning potential and hands-on ability.

Working Benefits:

• Working Hours: 5-day workweek, 8 hours per day, with weekends off.
• Salary Range: RMB 12000-24000
