Zaber™ Linear Actuators

Zaber™ Linear Actuators are easy-to-install, computer-controlled units with built-in controller circuitry. Zaber™ Linear Actuators feature 6-pin mini din cables that allow for up to 254 actuators to be daisy-chained to a single RS-232 serial port. These units also feature an industry standard 3/8” mounting shank that can fit most common stages. When power is not being applied, the actuators will remain in their position. If idling, power to the motor is automatically removed so that the actuators remain cool. Additionally, the leadscrew does not rotate, preventing torque from being transmitted to the stage.

Note: A 6ft. data cable, RS-232 adapter, and 15V universal power supply are sold separately as accessories (#58-678 recommended power supply). A 2.1mm power plug accessory can also be used to adapt any 15V DC power source.
