Broadband Hybrid Diffusers are semi-opaque diffusers designed to scatter efficiently from the UV to the NIR. Featuring surfaces sandblasted with 120-grit and a 1.75mm thick scattering medium, these diffusers uniquely offer two mechanisms of scatter. Each scatter mechanism has its own wavelength dependency, and when combined on a single optic, produce a diffuser that scatters across a wide spectral region. Broadband Hybrid Diffusers are ideal for applications that require high scatter for even illumination and can be used as view screens.
