Zaber™ Compact Motorized Rotary Stage System

Zaber™ Compact Motorized Rotary Stage Systems provide 360° continuous rotation with 0.14° unidirectional accuracy for precise automated positioning. These stages feature an integrated controller simplifying system setup and enabling computer-controlled operation. Available configurations include an integrated 200 Counts per Revolution (CPR) rotary encoder for enhanced position verification, or vacuum-compatible options rated for pressures down to 10⁻³ or 10⁻⁶Torr. Zaber™ Compact Motorized Rotary Stage Systems provide repeatability of <0.02° and backlash of <0.04°, enabling reliable positioning in applications such as automated inspection, optical alignment, metrology, and compact motion-control systems. These compact square stages are directly compatible with Zaber™ Motorized Goniometers to create space-efficient, three-axis rotational positioning systems.
