These prisms are tailored for laser applications with surface flatness of λ/20 and surface quality of 20-10. Our TECHSPEC® λ/20 UVFS Right Angle Prisms feature industry leading ±15 arcsecond angular tolerances for guaranteed control of optical path. The UV Fused Silica substrate offers extended range deep into the UV.
