Product Family Description

TECHSPEC® Unmounted Fluorescence Bandpass Filters are designed with center wavelengths and bandwidths that match the excitation and emission wavelengths of common fluorophores. These filters feature high transmission up to >93% in their passband with deep >OD 6.0 blocking outside of their passband, resulting in high contrast images when used in fluorescence imaging systems. The low transmitted wavefront error of these filters further enhances image quality by minimizing image distortion. TECHSPEC Unmounted Fluorescence Bandpass Filters are available with a 12.5 or 25mm diameter and are ideal for integration into life science and biotech instrumentation including polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing platforms, DNA sequencers, fluorescence detectors, flow cytometers, and fluorescence imaging systems.
