Fluorescence Filter Sets
The TECHSPEC® Fluorescence Filter Set for Cyan Fluorescence Protein (CFP) contains a dichroic filter, an emission filter, and an excitation filter designed for the Cyan Fluorescence Protein (CFP) spectrum. The emission filter has a wavelength range of 502 - 538nm to pass wavelengths within the CFP emission spectrum while the excitation filter has a wavelength range of 426 - 450nm to pass wavelengths within the CFP excitation/absorption spectrum.
